SureDesign is Agilent's next-generation oligonucleotide design application for developing custom NGS target enrichment libraries, custom CGH microarrays, custom FISH probes, and other custom oligo libraries. SureDesign offers a modern user interface and an intuitive design workflow, enabling new and experienced users to easily develop and order custom designs. Target enrichment customers use SureDesign to design their custom Avida and SureSelect libraries, and CGH microarray customers use SureDesign to design their custom microarrays.
SureDesign is a free, web-based custom oligonucleotide design application and can be accessed from any supported web browser.
New users can register for an account at the SureDesign website and must provide a corporate, government, or academic email address as their username to be granted access.
